About DPR Realty, LLC

DPR Realty, LLC was founded in 2001 and has since grown to over 1,600 agents. In May 2005 The Business Journal ranked DPR Realty in the top five residential real estate firms for number of licensees.  In 2007 The Business Journal ranked DPR Realty as the 8th largest residential real estate company in Arizona based on sales volume.  As it continues to grow, DPR Realty has established four convenient valley offices in Scottsdale, Glendale, Mesa, and downtown Phoenix, with plans to open two more offices in the near future. DPR’s expansion doesn’t stop in the Valley of the Sun; a White Mountain branch in Forest Lakes has been opened.

Along with an emphasis on growth, DPR stresses doing the right thing. When an agent is hired, the leadership team doesn’t necessarily look at production numbers, but looks rather for an agent who is honest, ethical, and has integrity. The leaders hold agents accountable for their actions, while providing support when questions arise. Agents are advised, “never to take shortcuts. And always put yourself in the customer’s shoes.”
